Some question to start my own modpack

Hi
i have some questions regarding the creation of a modpack.

How can i make my own biome and set it to the world with the climate and stuff i want? example crashlanding (dust planet)

next structures i want to make my own structure and add it to worldgen like regular villages on vanilla but i want to set my worldgen rate.

example making a tower and setting the rarity RARE.

I tried worledit it only lets me copy the structure to a world but not make it spawn multiple times.
tried gencreator but the spawn rate is bugged. made all my structures spawn together or crashing my world.
tried ruins but what about if i want to download a structure from the internet and put it in my worldgen? do i have to do it all over again and put it ontop of a layer of stone? difficult to understand. no config on how to set your rate of your struture.

I being working on my modpack for a couple of days now my questline is almost complete according to my plans on a map but my problem is making the map itself.

now , the mobs i want to create a specialmob and make it spawn somewhere i want with gear i define or effects and name.

like so: Zombie named chester with full diamond protection III , diamond sword sharpness 1 , knockback V , Pain I , Swiftness effect , STR II effect and fireresistance.

I don't know about making biomes but the ruins mod can custom gen things for you, as for mobs I have no clue I believe @Gideonseymour figured put a way to spawn mobs. You could message him.

I believe Iskandar created a Superflat preset set to the Desert biome (or some other without rain), and replaced the blocks with dust. The hills and cities and whatnot were created and generated using AtomicStryker's Ruins mod. The ship itself was just built in a world, and then used as the template for Lockdown.

You can use Ruins like Iskandar did, but I find it easier to use Vazkii's GenCreator, which lets you build and save the templates in-game, via a nice GUI.

What did you set it to? I have several structures in Running Red 2 without this problem. Are you sure you opened all the chests prior to saving it, without opening your inventory between?

If you're downloading the structure file (as in it has the same format as the ones created by you, in the file system) you should just be able to drop it into the ruins folder.

Yeah, I used GenCreator's mob spawning capability for this. You can define the monster, the armour, potion effects, items, health, name, and more with it, simply by placing items in a chest.

Yeah i figure it would be easier creating the structures with ruins , but now they have a platform whenever they get generated in the world.
I'm not sure about gencreator problem but yeah i opened all the chest without opening mine and saving it. i tried changing the spawn rate from 1 to 100 or 100 to 1000 and still either one i put they will spawn close.
