Some Mods Aren't Loading

For some reason, when I load up Minecraft, it says 184 mods loaded, 180 mods active. How do I tell which ones are deactivated and why?
 
The ones deactivated are probably some compatibility modules from a mod which aren't needed.

Anyway, you should be able to find the deactivated ones in the log.
