Summary of the problem Solar Flux Reborn Upgrades bug's
Pack Version 3.0.6
What is the bug? so the cap upgrade doesn't always stay when applied, also you can't take out upgrades once placed!! also i think that once you break it you lose upgrades!! not going to try on server will try later!!

Is it repeatable? yup it's happening on both of the tier 4, and 5!!
Known Fix none, go to another power source!!
