Summary of the problem Solar Flux Reborn solar panels not working {3.0.7}

What is the bug? Solar panels from solar flux reborn are not generating RF

Replacing them with the new ones I cheated in fixed the problem

Is it repeatable? Yes

Known Fix 1. Delete existing solar panles
2. Cheat in new ones

This is a known bug with the extra tiers of solar panels added to SFR for Draconic Evolution that has been there since release. Nothing you can really do about it other than waiting for the mod developer to fix it. Generally, breaking them and placing the same ones down fixes it, but has to be done every time the pack is started, so the best thing you can do is probably just use lower tiers (which are by no means less efficient, you just need more of them).
