Details of the issue:
FTB is suddenly starting to act extremely slow, to the point in which even my computer is lagging. Everything is slow from the FML loading screen to running it in a server.I don't really think the modpack is the cause but I can't substantiate my claim. I ran the same exact version a few days ago without a problem.​

Log and computer specs would help.
Did you update java recently or did any other things that might have affected it?
