Title slept now i cant get out of bed

Details of the issue I have added veinminer that is all. I slept to by pass the night and now i can not get out of bed. i have tried to hit esc no help or even click the leave bed button and all it does is make my person jump a lil in bed

The "stuck in bed"-bug is a vanilla bug.

You can use the command:
/ftb kickme
To be kicked out - and this should get you out of bed. This will also work in singel player.
