Solved SkyFactory Challenges

So, I was playing through Sky Factory Challenges, and it wouldn't register that I had made a Cobble Gen. I made the item and the normal Vanilla one. Did I do something wrong or is it a bug?

Just in case someone else searches for this the answer is you need to do the Tier 5 cobblestone generator.
