Skyfactory 3 using ShellScript and .Bat file not working

Details of the issue Basically i'm trying to create a server and i found the files of FTB website, and inside the zip there are both .bat and .sh ( Shellscript i think used for ubuntu or something) and when i extract that zip the bat files don't get extracted but the .sh files do and it doesn't let me start my server (i tried disabling my antivirus), made servers before never had this problem
