Skyfactory 3 Server creation stalls

I'm trying to create a Skyfactory 3 Server and it stalls whenever it reaches the final line here: https://paste.feed-the-beast.com/view/b1037946. How should I remedy this without removing actually additions?

As your desktop is a part of onedrive, move the server out from that folder structure.

Create something c:\games\YOURSERVER or other of choice - and try again.
