Skyfactory 3 Launching Bug

So earlier yesterday my friends created a Skyfactory 3 server. When it was first made, I was able to get on and normally play it. But today, everytime I try to connect to the server, it disconnects me and it says either "internal server error" or " internal exception: java.i0exception: an established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine". I tried to reinstall both Twitch and Minecraft, but it doesn't change. Please help me!
