Bug SkyFactory 2.5.6 Botania mod bug.

I am playing SkyFactory 2.5.6 and I have been focusing a lot on the botania mod but I can't progress in it because I can't obtain terrasteel. I got the terrestrial agglomeration plate I have a mana pool almost full of mana and am using spark to transfer it I throw the items on the plate but nothing happens no mana is used and the materials just sit there. I tested it in single player as well but it can't seem to work at all. I watched several people doing it on youtube I am doing it just the same but no results.

Any idea what's wrong with it?

Note: Yes the plate has livingstone and lapis below it

So, tickbox things to check (apologies if these are obvious, I just want to make sure):

Are you using a single manasteel, mana pearl and mana diamond? From previous experience it doesn't tend to like it if you throw multiples on.

Have you got the livingrock and lapis blocks arranged as shown in the spoiler?

Spoiler: The plate then goes on the central livingrock

Have you got a spark over the plate as well as over your mana pool?

Have you tried right-clicking the items onto the plate?
