Skyblock 2.5 server need help!!!!

Hi so im hosting a skyblock 2.5 server through hamachi. I set my ipv4 address in hamachi into the server properties files and set up the eula and all required files for the server. I've had no problem doing this with servers on the at launcher and i somehow get a problem now. It keeps saying connection failed for my friend and im able to join fine. PLease i need help cause i put alot of work setting up our world stuff and we really want to play together. I start the server through the bat file and not the java executable i tried with the java file but it never loaded so im asuming i did it right by always loading through the server start bat file. I can join fine he cant.
 
Do not edit the server properties with the ipv4 address leave it blank so nothing after the "=" this should work.... your friend should just connect with the ip of your ipv4 address
