So I am trying to create a Sky Factory Challenge Server for the server I am a part of and when I add plugins and stuff it doesn't start the timer and I can't seem to start. Was just wanting clarification if it is designed that plugins cannot be added due to potential cheating or if I need to do something extra on top for everything to work together?

Luckperms and nucleus to align with the current server nametag and things plus I want to write my own one to handle which players play at what times so there are time slots players of the community sign up for
 
There is very little in the server log and I have checked it thoroughly myself and nothing seems wrong. But I will upload server log
