Sky Factory 3 server

Hello,

I just set up a server using the Localhost setup. Will my friends that are not on the same network as me be able to join that server and let us play together? Or how do my friends connect to the server? Any help is greatly appreciated.

If you used LAN, the players would need to be on the IP address/network as you. If you want a cheap server you can always go to: https://server.pro/create-server/minecraft/, you would have to renew it every hour though to stay online. In addition, if you want a 24/7 runtime server you can always visit: https://mcprohosting.com/. I run my SF3 server on it and it is working perfecty!
