Problem Sky factory 3 Server issue

So I did everything correctly on to make a sky factory 3 server and the server is up and working but not letting me in due to the error being Fatally missing block and items. Now people are saying they just deleted the config and mods file from the client and copied and pasted the config and mods folders from the server and it worked. I did that and nothing is working and this just started happening when they updated skyfactory to the newest version. Will i have to do an older version of sky factory in order to play now?

I am having the same issue. Tried copying over config files, creating a new instance, everything. Can confirm that 3.0.20 still has this issue.
