Hey all,
Been encountering some power problems recently, struggling to find a solution to these problems.
I have over a stack of vibrant banks set up at my reactor, with three flux points sending power throughout my network (i used 3 in case it was getting overloaded or something)
now the issue is, that every now and then, for some weird reason, the flux plugs just stop pulling power, as if someone flicked and off switch or something, the bank is full of power around 3.2b RF.
So a lack of power is not an issue, I've found a temporary workaround of breaking some of the banks and replacing them, that seems to kick my network into gear but it's not a permanent solution. another temporary solution I've used is to " break " the banks up in to two, have one pulling power from the reactor while feeding the second bank, which then feeds the flux point.
if I place a machine directly onto the bank, or via cable the machine works fine, no problems, so it seems as if it's an issue with flux power but I can't say for sure.
I have no idea what's causing this, I think it may be something to do with permission, as I have my world hosted on a server but at the same time, I left everything as default, didn't mess with what I don't know.
The power generation, storage, and machines using said power are all chunk-loaded.
I have the slightest feeling this may be due to a rather outdated mod pack, as such things are a bit wonky, if need be I'll just wire everything up manually, but I'd rather not.
If you need any more info, please let me know, it's a bit of a tricky one, as it's not crash-related, so I can't just slap a log file on and be done with it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks you,
Have a fantastic day!
