Title Sky factory 3 lag spike problem

Details of the issue I get 100-200 fps depending on my settings but at any time I open a chest/machine/furnace/my inventory.
it is happening on a modded server and on singleplayer
I've tried a lot of different settings and have tried optifine it doesn't help. I've also allocated 4gigs of ram and it never goes higher than 3gigs so that's not the problem either.

Edit: I got a better GPU a gigabyte 1060 but I still get lag spikes when opening chests while using optifine lagometer the lag spikes were white and blue

Second edit: I tried a different modpack and I still get white lagometer lag spikes after 20mins of starting the game. I think it has something to do with my CPU but I don't know how to test if I'm correct.
