I got some problems with Tinkers' Construct, I would appreciate any help/answers.
1: Whenever I level up my tool, I don't get any add-ons, I became master level with all my tools without getting a single addon on them.
2: I can't combine any tool with a Crook (even not a bone one) (it didn't work on any of the tables)
 
Some Modifiers also are dependent on the item used to make the tool, I would check the Wiki on TC tools, other than that I'm not sure why.
