I've made a Resonant charge pad and while the description says it charges at 20k rf per tic in practice it is only charging at 2k rf/tic.

Am I reading this wrong or is there some setting that's a 18k rf/tic off?

I have plenty of power being generated and stored so it should easily max out at 20k.

What am I doing wrong?
