Details of the issue:

I keep placing down cobble to hammer into gravel and so on but whenever I place down the last block in the stack, my game crashes. I don't know what's happening​

Sounds like inventory tweaks is trying to move cobble from your inventory into your tool bar. I would go into inventory and disable that feature and see if the crashes go away. The log supports this in that inventory tweaks seems to be causing the crash.
