Shutting down internal server ftb mindcrack

hey wondering if someone can help me while trying to create a new world in ftb mindcrack newest version on mac 2.2 GHz intel 4gb of ram with 3gb allocated to ftb i always get the shutting down internal server message and everything freezes before the world ever loads

I too get the same problem. I load the launcher, tried to start a world and it loads for about 30 seconds and then says shutting down internal server. Currently can only play FTB lite. Would love to know whats going on, I feel like I am missing out on so many items.
