Shock Absorber doesn't recognized

I've put the Shock Absorber in the Chest, waited 5 min, pressed the button for reset all the computers, waited another 5 min and nothing happens, why ? Same deal with the Crafting Grid

I'm Red and on SinglePlayer, it doesn't works for any rewards, and i restarted many times and wait 5 minutes each times but the bluescreens doesn't disappear and the rewards not come in the iron chest
