Details of the issue After upgrading my server from 3.0.4 to 3.0.4 I've ran into issues with Ender IO conduits not rendering properly, and various blocks such as drawers, Ender IO machines and Refined Storage blocks will turn/spin so they no longer work. Replacing these blocks will only work for a short while until they rotate again on their own. Other players on the server do not see the same anomalies I do, some do see it. I've tried restarting the server and restarting my client to no avail.
