Problem SevTech Ages: How to use Galacticraft Electric Arc Furnace?

I have gotten to Age 5 and have crafted an Electric Arc Furnace from Galacticraft, but cannot use it to smelt any ores. JEI does not list any recipes for it, in fact it seems that the latest smelter it lists the Immersive Engineering Arc Furnace. I also have other thing that do not seem to have anything listed, such as the betweenlands sulfur furnace (though haven't tried using it).

I even created a creative test world, gave myself all advancements... and still can't use the Electric Arc Furnace. Was it never meant to be used? Or is there some corrupt data?
