Summary of the problem Severe performance issues (Intermittent)

Pack Version 3.0.0

What is the bug? Believe it is related to the auto-save feature, and when it is combined with entering a new chunk. Hard to pin-point since it happens in at least two specific chunks in my base, one related to RS and another containing the mob spawner. When it happens the FPS drops to about 20 with sampler going nuts., and it gets progressively worse until fps hits near 0 after 1-2 hours.
Will attach a few stall reports in hopes they can shed some light. Anything else you need?

Have a few sampler(.nps) captures of the intermittent spikes, hope they can help pinpoint the cause. It's hard to replicate it, but the area around mob spawner and lava generation seems more prone to it. Both samples start as the spike is happening, and lasts for 10-15 seconds into it. Memory usage skyrockets whenever this happens, GC struggles to keep up.

Can provide more if needed.

It's something that gets stuck in a loop.
It happens when entering a certain chunk (which one varies, usually around the Tinkers smeltery in the middle of the base, and it shows constant render updates when it happens)
It stops when going 1-2 chunks away from the area, and returning does not cause it to happen again.
If you let the spike happen it lasts progressively longer the longer you have been playing, starting at 10 seconds and continues up to a few minutes.

Believe it is related to Tinkers Smeltery, so will pass it on to Github.
I have not been able to reproduce this after taking it down a few days ago.
