Severe Errors in Console

Okay so i have been watching my server console for a few days now and it has been giving me a severe error. Its the same one over and over and it isn't doing anything damaging to my knowledge, but i was just wondering how i can fix it.

But your issue is likely due to bukkit.

Just wondering would this error mess up anything? Or is it completely harmless?

Also i should have said this when i posted but the server is not on my computer we run it off of FragNet Server hosting would i still follow the link's Instructions?

It looks like a TNT minecart is trying to do damage to an entity but is failing so it keeps trying.

Hmm? Weird cause there is nothing like that on the server unless it spawns in with the terrain but i can go look at some of my friends bases and look for it if there is one.

Well i didn't find any TNT Minecarts anywhere. Not even in NEI its only called TNT Cart. Could having a different version of essentials be the problem by chance? Since Mindcrack is 1.4.7 and i think the essentials i am using is 1.5?
