Summary of the problem Sever lag with Refined Storage and Storage Drawers

Pack Version 1.3.2

What is the bug? When a Storage Drawer controller is attached to a Refined Storage controller via the RS external inventory system, there is a sever frame rate drop of about 90% in my case (50 to 5). Upon breaking the block, the lag is immediately remedied.

Mod & Version Minecraft (1.10.2)
Refined Storage (1.2.14)
Storage Drawers (3.5.16)

Is it repeatable? Effects are visible when enough items have been placed in drawers.
