Problem ServerStart.bat just closes after a while

Hello, I've been trying to set up a server for a while now, but when I run ServerStart.bat, it runs for a while, then just stops. I tried the same thing with FTBServer.jar, but the same thing happens, except that it closes after a while. When I run minecraft_server.jar, it works, but it doesn't load the mods.

What pack are you trying to run? Did you run the FTBInstall.bat and did you accept the EULA?

I was running FTB Infinity and yes, I ran FTBInstall.bat. I accepted the EULA too
