Solved Server update, missing block, server command doesn't work

Hi!

Unfortunately our Infinity Evolved server was updated to 2.5.0 via the server hosting site.
Now the server won't start because of one missing item/block in our world:

There are 1 missing blocks and items in this save.
If you continue the missing blocks/items will get removed.
A world backup will be automatically created in your saves directory.

Missing Blocks/Items:
ForbiddenMagic: Dragonslayer

Run the command /fml confirm or or /fml cancel to proceed.

But when I type in "/fml confirm" nothing happens. "/fml cancel" works, but closes the server.

Is there a way to use our old world again or is it now incompatible with the new server version?
We installed a fresh new version and tried to copy only the level.dat, but that lead to the missing block error. A new world works without problems.

The last time I managed to get it to work again, but not this time

The /fml confirm command sometimes doesn't work...
I have experienced this as well in the past.

Downloading the world, starting it in single player and choosing to continue "Yes" and after that uploading the save file to the server is one of the ways that can work.

Also, starting the server and long before it even asks, already typing and sending "/fml confirm" may work in some cases.
