Server Timeout on specific player connection

Launcher Version:
FTBLaunch starting up (version 1.4.11 Build: 10411)​

Infinity Evolved (Expert)​

Details of the issue:
Everytime a certain player connects after the server has been running for a while, the entire server times out and is unresponsive. It must be restarted (via console), and when it is restarted there are no problems with connections (including the person who caused the timeout). It's always a specific player.​

Unfortunately the log doesn't seem to show anything. The server is unresponsive and we have to restart from the server console (we use a host).
