Server Timed Out

I keep trying to join my friends server but every time I try to join it tells me that I Timed Out and I really want to play with my friend, this happens in the Direwolf Pack...i need help

Try deleting the Direwolf20 mod pack folder and let the FTB launcher redownload it.
