Summary of the problem Server startup goes fine with install but after transferring world folder, startup stalls.

Pack Version 3.0.8

What is the bug? After updating to 3.0.8 server, initial setup works fine. Once the old world folder replaces the created one so that our world can be used, the startup stalls and won't continue. The only option at this point is to stop and try again only to repeat.

Known Fix
 
Turns out it was an issue with options in the Mystical Agriculture that were used in 3.0.6 that 3.0.8 didn't like and after fiddling around with those settings, it finally started to work just fine.
