Server (someone recommend?)

İm going to rent a server(ultimate pack) from creeperhost . How much ram should i rent for 10-15 people ?
 
Well with my host 1GB is allegedly good enough for 15 people, haven't tested capacity but we like to build big machines (or at least i do), you can always start off a bit smaller and upgrade later with most hosts.

You've got to think about the hard drive and CPU more than Ram, ensure that you have a good spec of those.
Plus, 1gb is good for about 4-5 users. Not 15, Bukkit/Vanilla on 1gb ram would probably struggle.

Optimally, you are going to want 512Mb to 1Gb of RAM per user, so the optimal levels would be 5Gb of RAM to 15Gb assuming all users will be active at the same time.

Go with 2Gb of RAM to start, and make sure the upgrade path is there to move up to 4Gb when you end up having more users active at the same time. You may also need to move up further to 6Gb/8Gb/etc as time goes on, so be prepared for that.

Yes, that would surely do the job, although good luck getting that much RAM for a single process AND being able to run anything else such as an OS/etc.

On the bright side, a pizza box (small form factor dedicated server) could do it with only a few extra thousands of dollars on investment. And the noise, oh gods.

Eh, 2GB should be fine starting out assuming he's only going to have around five or so people at a time until things get heated/endgame.

But yes, being able to add more memory easily (simple with virtual server hosting) is the key to being able to start out small.
