Details of the issue:

I am running my own server and recently I became unable to join the server. When ever I join the server it loads briefly then I disconnect with the message "Server Closed". The server prints an error: "The state engine was in the incorrect state SERVER_STOPPING and forced into state SERVER_STOPPED. Errors may have been discarded. Above that are WARN about unable to lookup chisel things ending in "Is there something wrong with the registry?"​
