Hey guys,
I tried to make a FTB-Server out of my normal Minecraft-Server.
The point is it doesn't work. At first it said to me that it requires more RAM, so i set the RAM to "java -Xms1G -Xmx1G -jar ftbserver.jar"
Now it starts, but it takes a lot of time until it's ready(~10min). And in the moment I want to connect to the server I get a runtime Error.

The server runs on an old Laptop:
CPU: Genuine Intel(R) T2300 1.66GHz
RAM: 2GB
32-Bit Vista

So I'd like to know if it's even possible to get a FTB server on that Laptop running or is the hardware to bad anyways ?
The server should be for at least 6 players, probably getting a few more, but maximum to 10.

thx for the help already!

That's probably not going to work very well. I'm running Ultimate on a private 'server' using a Q6600 (QUAD 2.4GHz) with 8GB RAM running Windows 7 64 with a 64GB SSD and although it runs pretty well for about eight players, I will be upgrading soon. Processor utilization is my biggest bottleneck atm and is most noticeable when clearing bricks.
