Server problem

I Can join my server with local IP.

But when i put my public IP and i connect me but an error occured :
Times out

And i test the 25565 port and it's open

But I have again this error
Could you help me please ?
 
If you and the server are both on the same network (or same machine), then you should not use the public IP to connect.

Public one is used for people outside your network (given that you've done portforward and opened the port in your external firewall)
