Server plugin help

modifyworld jar is making the problems when enabled it prevents people to chat and breaks blocks when disabled they can chat and break block but they dont have access to commands yet permissions is setup properly and i have modifyworld.*

i only have acces to all in op

I'm going to say you did not do it properly but then again im not sure as you have not showed us your permission file. Your permission should look like this but with more perms in it.

I'm pretty sure from what I remember you can disable modifyworld in the config folder.
