Problem Server Not Starting

Good evening,

I am trying to get the server up and running for Revelations and I am having a rough time. The "simple" instructions on the homepage do not give me the outcome that I thought it would, after some troubleshooting and reading, I have come here. The error message I am getting is the following:

Install and use the latest java 8 64-bit version.

It looks like you're either missing some of the library files or the minecraft_server.jar file.
