Windows .jar Server login problem: Ticking Screen

Hi everyone! My friend is having a problem connecting to HIS own server (I can connect). When he tries to login, this error appears: "Ticking Screen". But it's not that ID misdmatch that there was before. I can read something like: "javax.crypto.IllegalBlockSizeException: Data must not be longer than 117 bytes" but I don't know what it is. Anyway, here's the console log.
