That sounds pretty self explanatory. But it also points to the 32 bit version version of java which you shouldn't be using any way. So I would recommend that you install the latest 64 bit version of java and uninstall that 32 bit version. If you are still having issues can you post some more details about the pack you are trying to server and what exactly are you using to start the server.
