Server lags with minimal usage

Details of the issue The server starts skipping ticks, but idk why I just have like 8 sag mills a small RS system with like 6 auto crafter and a few auto compresser and auto sieves.
The Vserver has an Intel® Xeon® Processor E5-2650 16 x (2.00/2.80 Ghz) and 16gb RAM so it shouldn´t lag at all. Is something buggy? It also lags when I load the world in Singleplayer.
