So I run a server for me and a friend off my computer and after a while it begins to lag and the server window says something along the lines of "Cannot keep up: did the server lose connection"
I dont think its my computer since I have a 3770k @ 4.6ghz and a gtx680 along with 16gb or ram. The server has 8gb of ram allocated to it and never even touches half of it unless im loading a new dimension.
in game we have only a few chunk loaders. 1 for the base, 1 for pumping oil back to the base, 1 in a mystcraft dimension for power and 1 in another mystcraft dimension for mining. I took out the one for mining recently just to make sure it the lag wasnt from having too many dimensions loaded and it didnt fix anything.
I have 50mbps down and 20up for internet so it shouldnt be that either.
hoping there is just something I can change in the config to fix the problem
