Details of the issue:

When I try and log into the server, I get "java.oi.IOexception: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine".

The server then shuts down.​

Update your java and increase the amount of ram for the game. This part of your log indicates that you are still using java 7. It also indicates 2GB of RAM. Infinity needs about 3 to 4GB to run correctly. Also, when you update java lose most of the JVM args they aren't needed any more. Just keep the Xms and Xmx args the rest aren't needed.

After you have done what @Henry Link said, removing this block should fix the problem:
