Problem server info spamming

I just updated my server to unleashed 1.1.4. It's running fine, it's just that the server is spamming messages like this...

2013-09-27 21:36:11 [WARNING] [IC2] EnergyNet.addTileEntity: powercrystals.minefactoryreloaded.tile.machine.TileEntityBreeder@117a5f43 is already added, aborting

It's giving me about a dozen of these (probably one for each MFR machine in the world), and it's doing it about every minute or so. If the server is up for a few hours, I have literally thousands of these messages.
Anyone know why this is happening, or how to turn it off?

MCPC+ has an option to null out the messages or you can rollback to #364.

Just out of sheer lazy ness I haven't looked for a solution for this as my console is almost useless at times because of that annoying spam that makes me wonder if they even test the ftb packs at all. Thanks for the solution!
