Server Idea!! Anyone interested?

Hello, I've got this idea of a server I would love to create with a couple of other people. Maybe 10-20? So it all is based on 2 super powers which are in a conflict similar to the cold war. Both super powers are making big bases with nuclear missiles loads of guns and aircraft etc. Some people will be spying with aircrafts and all nuclear missiles must be visual from above. Making big mounds around cities, planting mines. Putting up security systems and just having like a 1-2 week period of gearing up. Then war breaks out. I have been thinking that we get a chunk claiming kinda like factions so you slowly but surely can take over the others land and force them to back up and rearm. When one of the super power falls they will need to find a new place and we set another period of time of gearing up. One of the super powers has an advantage here since they won and have alot more resources and already have bombs etc. The other super power must start from scratch almost if they didn't bring anything before losing that war. And then this goes on til' both super powers has fallen at least once! I think it seems like a really cool idea. It needs alot of different touches and modifying though. Like finding the right mods to add to modpack. My general idea is using FTB Infinity as the base and then remove and add mods. And adding plugins etc. I hope someone would be interested?
