Server doesn't start - The state engine was in incorrect state

Hello,
I tried to start a FTB-Inventions-server and the following error message appeared:

"The state engine was in incorrect state ERRORED and forced into state AVAILABLE. Errors may have been discarded."

Before this, I already had to downgrade to Java version 1.7, because the PermSize option was not supported or whatever.
Can someone help me fix this problem or has an idea how to fix it?

Update to java 8 and post a new log if it fails. You dont neet to worry about the permsize.
