Server does not start

Since I am the FTB server I would currently irritates most generic here for my friends and me set up a server on my root.
However, when I try to start the server comes after a while this error

[WARNING] [BuildCraft] java.io.IOException: Server returned HTTP response code: 509 for URL: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/44760587/buildcraft/version.txt

to put it briefly this link should download the file was deleted and is no longer available.

Please please fix this problem that can start the server.

following, we are having the same issue with multiple mods (ftb direwolf20 1.5) hoping someone can suggest a workaround
 
Go into the Buildcraft config and disable update checking.
That said, this should not stop your server from starting.
