Every time I turn off my computer it deletes all of the mods I’ve downloaded on the FTB launcher including the saved data in the same. Any way I can get my progress back? Specifically most concerned about my revelation singleplayer word. And how do I get the modpacks to stay when I restart my computer?

It sounds like you've installed in a temp folder - can you please add more information, where did you install it?

And please share full log - start a pack and log in to a world, then share the log according to instructions found here:
