Windows .jar Server Crashing Upon Loading Main World

Hello, today I started up my server and it crashed while starting up. I have the logs from both the console and the crash report. If it's any help, the only things done recently in game was the setting up of a quarry.

I would love to give a more detailed description of what's going on, however I'm unable to read obfuscated code :(

I've created an entirely new server, and after a while I got this error again. The server, like the old one, is now unusable.
Can someone please help with this issue?
