Server Crashes - think its a corrupt block

Hi guys,

Please can you help me, our server starts up for a second then crashes and according to the SSH console it seems up but i cannot connect to the server.

theres something up with an item conduit in your world, sadly the log doesn't say where.

is there a way to fix the world? or is she dead?

Can potentially be fixed by updating the pack as I laid out here. May have quirkiness as a result, though, so as always, back up.
